Internes IT-Ticketsystem und Verwaltungsportal der Cereda Systems GmbH.

• User-Portal für Endnutzer mit geführtem Ticket-Assistenten

• E-Mail-Integration – eingehende Mails → Tickets, ausgehende Benachrichtigungen
